Do you want to be the next Miss Route 66 or Miss Route 66's Teen, or carry on the legendary Miss Stroud title, or become the very first Miss Stroud's Teen?
This historic night brings both together under one roof. We're relaunching the Miss Route 66 and Miss Route 66's Teen titles in celebration of the Route 66 Centennial, while continuing the Miss Stroud legacy, a title that holds so much pageant history and has produced seven Miss Oklahoma's, including Shawntel Smith, who went on to become Miss America 1996.
Important Eligibility Information
All contestants must live within 100 miles of Stroud, OK, and register with the Miss America Organization before entering our local competition.
Miss Division: Ages 18–28
Must be no older than 28 on 9/30/2027 and no younger than 18 on 9/1/2027.
Eligible to win the title of Miss Stroud or Miss Route 66.
Teen Division: Ages 14–18
Must be no younger than 14 by 9/1/2027 and no older than 18 on 9/30/2027.
Eligible to win the title of Miss Route 66's Teen.
If you are 18, you may choose to compete in either the Miss or Teen Division.
Key Dates
Registration closes: Thursday October 8th
Pageant Day: Saturday, October 17, 2026
Competition areas include Personal Interview, On-Stage Question, Health & Fitness, Talent, and Evening Wear.
Scoring
Personal Interview: Worth 30 % of your overall score
On-Stage Question: 10% of your overall score.
Health & Fitness: 20% of your overall score
Talent: 20% of your overall score
Evening Gown: 20% of your overall score
Miss Interviews will be 10 minutes.
Teen Interviews will be 8 minutes.
Before you ever step onto the stage, the private interview is where the judges really get to know you. It's a quick, conversational Interview where you'll have the opportunity to share your background, future goals, and the community work you're passionate about. Think of it as a fast-paced job interview, but with a lot more heart.
On-Stage Question about your Community Service Initiative (CSI): 10% of your overall score.
Once on stage, candidates are given 30 seconds to demonstrate their public speaking skills, composure, and poise under pressure. Each candidate will answer a prompt regarding her Community Service Initiative, offering the judges and audience a brief, authentic look at her articulation, personality, composure, and leadership.
Health & Fitness: 20% of your overall score
All contestants must wear REBEL Red collection for fitness.

Talent: 20% of your overall score
Talent is your moment to tell your story. In just 90 seconds, showcase the skill and passion that make you, you! From vocal, dance, playing an instrument, to baton twirling, magic, performing a HerStory, and more.
All talents must be from the Miss America-approved list; whatever most showcases you!

Evening Gown: 20% of your overall score
Judges evaluate overall first impressions, carriage, posture, grace, confidence, and how effectively the delegate captures attention on stage. Scoring is based entirely on how the contestant carries herself and presents on stage, not on the dress itself, the designer, or the perceived cost of the gown. The outfit should reflect the delegate's personal sense of style and personality while remaining age-appropriate.
